Reservations

Do I have to reserve parking in advance?
Parking without a reservation is not possible in MR.PARKIT garages. You can make a reservation in the MR.PARKIT app (for Android and iOS) or on the website.
How do I make a parking reservation?
In the MR.PARKIT app or on the website, enter where and when you want to park, and available garages and their prices will be displayed. Then just fill in a few required details, make your payment, and you can park immediately.
Why do I need to include my phone number and e-mail in the reservation?
After you make a reservation, you will receive an SMS confirmation and a parking ticket by email. If you do not have the app, some garages can be opened by calling the number listed in the booking.
What is the minimum and maximum reservation length?
The minimum parking time in most garages is 12 hours, while in some it is 6 or 24 hours. It is up to you whether to use the full reservation time or only part of it. We will hold the spot for you for the entire length of the reservation. The maximum reservation length is 30 days. We do not provide long-term parking.
I don’t know the license plate; I’m coming in a rented car. Can I make a reservation now?
Yes, you can – enter "rented" in the license plate field. Once you find out the license plate number, you can change it in the MR.PARKIT app until the start of your reservation, or write to us at info@mrparkit.com and we will make the change for you.
How can I change the time or other information (license plate number, phone number) for my reservation?
If there is space available in the garage, it is possible to extend your reservation in the MR.PARKIT app by at least 1 hour. Current reservations can also be extended via the non-stop hotline (+420 277 277 977), and future reservations at info@mrparkit.com.

Payment

How much does parking with MR.PARKIT cost?
Prices vary depending on the time of the reservation and the garage. Choose a time on the main site and it will show you a list of garages with prices for that time slot.
How can I pay for my reservation? Can I pay in cash at the garage?
You can pay for your reservation by Apple Pay / Google Pay, card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), Revolut or PayPal. Payment is the final step in the reservation process. Unfortunately, payment in cash at the garage and payment by bank transfer are not possible.
My payment was not successful. What now?
Check to make sure you entered all the payment details correctly. You can also contact your bank to make sure your card allows online payments. If the payment was registered on your card but you did not receive a reservation confirmation, contact us at info@mrparkit.com.
Will I get a reservation confirmation and proof of payment or invoice?
After paying for your reservation, you will receive a parking ticket by email that meets the requirements for a simplified tax document and can be used for accounting purposes. All documents can also be found in the MR.PARKIT app. If you need an invoice, check the appropriate box when making your reservation – we will send it to you after payment. For reservations over CZK 10,000, we issue it automatically.

Parking

I can’t find the garage! What now?
Each garage profile and parking ticket includes photos of the garage, entrance, and surrounding area. The exact address and GPS coordinates are also listed here and in the app. If you still get lost, call our 24/7 hotline (+420 277 277 977) and we will guide you over the phone :)
How do I get into the garage?
You can find garage access details in the app, in your booking confirmation (SMS or email), and on the garage profile page. Most garages can be opened via the app button or by calling from your phone (free of charge, including international numbers). The number to open the garage is shown in your confirmation. In some garages, assistance is available at the reception.
I’m calling the garage number but the gate is not opening!
The entrance and exit are usually opened by pressing a button in the app. If you call to have it opened, you must use the number specified in the reservation – the garage will not open with any other number. You can only call during the reservation time and with "Hidden Number" turned off. The line will be busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the gate opens. If nothing works, call our non-stop line: +420 277 277 977.
Someone is parked in my spot. What now?
Mistakes happen - call us at +420 277 277 978 and we will find you another parking spot in the garage. The occupied parking space does not entitle you to a discount, free reservation or cancellation.
Can I enter and exit the garage multiple times during my reservation time?
Yes! Just reopen it using the button in the app, dial the phone number you received when your reservation was confirmed, or ask the reception desk to open the garage. There is no limit to the number of entries and exits.
Can I enter the garage with a van/motorcycle/trailer/LPG vehicle/...?
You can find the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions in each garage profile. The possibility of parking motorbikes or LPG vehicles is always indicated in the garage profile at the end of the garage description. Please contact us at info@mrparkit.com for parking of trolleys. If it is possible to park them in the garage, you will need to reserve 2 spaces - one for the car, one for the trolley.
Does the garage or parking lot operate non-stop?
Almost all our garages and parking lots operate non-stop. If a garage has limited opening hours, its description always states as much and a reminder will pop up when you are selecting a garage.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be canceled up until their start – in the app, via the link in the confirmation email, by email (info@mrparkit.com), through the website chat, or by calling +420 277 277 977. Once started, a reservation or any part of it cannot be canceled.
When will I get my money back after I cancel a reservation?
After you cancel your reservation, we will e-mail you a corrected tax document. We will refund your money as quickly as possible after that, no later than 10 business days after you open the email with the corrected tax document. We will refund the money to the same account it was sent from.
