Reservations

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. It is not possible to enter the garage without a valid reservation.
Do I need an MR.PARKIT user account to make a reservation?
No. You can create a reservation without registration. However, with a user account, you can easily manage or extend your bookings.
How do I make a parking reservation?
Select the location and parking time, and pay for the reservation online. We will send you a confirmation via email immediately.
Can I book parking without providing a license plate number?
Yes. If you do not know the license plate number yet, enter "rented" for example, and update it later in the app or contact the customer support.
Can I modify or extend my reservation?
Yes, in case your parking space is available for extension. You can make changes in the app, in your user account, or via our 24/7 customer support.
How much does parking in Prague cost with MR.PARKIT?
The price depends on the location, date, and length of parking. After entering the dates on our website or in the app, you will immediately see the available parking spaces including the price.

Payment

How can I pay for my reservation?
You pay for the reservation online upon completion. We accept online cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and RevolutPay. Payment in cash or by bank transfer is not possible.
The payment for parking failed, what should I do?
First, check your card details and verify that your bank allows online payments. If the amount was deducted but you did not receive a reservation confirmation, please contact the customer support.
Will I receive a proof of payment or an invoice?
Yes. After payment, we will send you a reservation confirmation, the attachment can be used as a tax document. If you need an invoice, select this option during the reservation process. You will receive it as an attachment to the reservation confirmation.

Parking

I cannot find the garage or get inside. What should I do?
You can find the address, photos, and arrival instructions in the garage profile and in the reservation confirmation that you receive via email after completing your booking. If you are stuck, call our 24/7 support at +420 277 277 977.
I am calling the garage number, but the gate is not opening! What should I do?
First, verify that you are calling from the phone number specified in the reservation and that your reservation is already active. If the gate or barrier still does not open, contact our 24/7 customer support.
Someone is parked in my space. What now?
You can report an occupied space directly in the MR.PARKIT app, and the system will automatically assign you another space. Alternatively, customer support will help you.
Can I enter and exit repeatedly during my reservation?
Yes. The number of entries and exits is unlimited. For some garages, operation may be restricted by the building's opening hours, which we always state in the garage details.
Can I park with a van, motorbike, or electric vehicle?
Restrictions for SUVs, vans, LPG/CNG vehicles, or electric vehicles can be found in the details of the specific garage. Garages with EV charging are marked as "park2charge".
Is parking available 24/7?
Most garages operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a garage has restricted operating hours, we always state this in its details.
I accidentally took a parking ticket from the machine. What should I do?
Do not pay anything extra. Your reservation has already been paid for via MR.PARKIT. To exit, use the app or the opening method specified in the reservation confirmation. If you encounter a problem, contact customer support.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time before the parking starts. You can do this in the app, via the link in the confirmation email, or by contacting customer support. Once the reservation period has started, it cannot be canceled, not even partially.
When will I get my money back?
After canceling the reservation, we will send you a corrected invoice. We return the money to the same account from which the reservation was paid, within 10 working days at the latest.
