Access to the parking lot:
Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive phone numbers by SMS and in a parking card by email - call these numbers during the reservation to open the entrance barrier. The numbers will always be busy or unavailable, do not end the call until the barrier is opened. The call to open is for free even for international numbers. The barrier will open only if you call from the phone numbers you enter in the reservation.

You can enter and exit the car park repeatedly during your booking.
Parking of LPG and CNG vehicles is allowed.
Motorbike parking allowed (max 2 motorbikes per 1 space).
Please park only in your assigned space.

After successfully creating a reservation, you will receive all the instructions from us. The easiest way to open it is by pressing the button in the MR.PARKIT app. If you do not have the app, we will send a phone number to your SMS and email, which you can call (dial and ring) to open the barrier.
I am calling the provided phone number, but the entrance is not opening – what should I do?
The call for opening will only work during your reserved time and from the phone number you entered in your reservation details – make sure you are calling from the same number and that your "hidden number" (caller ID blocking) feature is turned off. The line will always appear unavailable or busy; do not hang up the call until the entrance opens. If the entrance remains closed, please contact us at +420 277 277 977.
